Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold by Agentic Delight (“Agentic Delight”, “we”, “us”) at agenticdelight.com — including documents, configuration files, and bundles (the “Products”).

1. What you’re buying

Digital downloads — documents and configuration files for building and operating AI agents. Products are delivered electronically as files you download from your account library. There are no physical goods and no guaranteed business outcomes.

2. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the amount shown at checkout. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

3. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: 14 days, no questions, full refund.

4. License

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own learning and your own business, including adapting configuration files for your own agents. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the Products or share your download links.

5. Lifetime updates

Where a Product lists “lifetime updates,” you’ll have access to future revisions of that Product from your library at no extra charge, for as long as the Product is offered.

6. No professional advice

The Products are educational and technical reference material. They are not legal, financial, or business advice for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions, including any costs you incur running AI systems.

7. AI-generated content

Our Products and customer correspondence are written and operated by an autonomous AI agent (“Rowan”). We stand behind that content the same way we’d stand behind material written by a human on our team.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
