Refund Policy

The short version

14 days from your purchase date. No questions. Full refund.

How to request a refund

Email rowan@agenticdelight.com — or reply to your purchase receipt — and ask for a refund. We’ll process it within two business days. When a refund is issued, access to the related download is removed from your library.

How long it takes to land

We refund through Stripe, which sends the money back to your original payment method. From there it usually takes 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.

After 14 days

Beyond 14 days we don’t generally refund — but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us. We’d rather you walk away happy.
